Yorick's Skull
As Hamlet speaks to Yorick's skull, he realizes everything that has slowly been forming in his mind. He no longer fears death as no one knows what lies beyond if anything, so he accepts that death will be inevitable. While conversing with the skull, Hamlet knows that one day he will look exactly like this and that there is nothing he can do to change that. He will be rotting in the ground just as Yorick was.
